Kat Winger is an Alumna of University of California, Davis where she received her Bachelors in Biological Sciences. Her passion for assisting others led to a term as AmeriCorps with the American Red Cross, where she served as Youth Development Coordinator and managed educational projects from development to implementation. Kat served as Chief of Staff to Leesa Tori during the implementation of Covered California and spear-headed numerous first of their kind project implementations.
